All payments to be made within 14 days from the date of invoice. Overdue invoices will incur a 10% overdue fee.

All rates are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and subject to change without notice.

Our preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also accept cash, cheques or money orders. (Bounced cheque fees will be charged to the client).

For large jobs, a 50% deposit will be required before work commences. An invoice will be issued at the end of the project with the balance expected within 7 days.

Although Executive Business Solutions (EBS) proofreads all work prior to sending back to the client, there may be something that may have been missed. (We're only human!) EBS will correct any errors that are made by us at no extra charge. Any errors or amendments made by the client will be charged at the set hourly rate.

It is the client's responsibility to sign off on all completed work.

EBS takes pride in their work and we endeavour to complete work within 24-48 hours. This may vary due to the complexity of work being performed. There may also be some unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control and therefore work will take longer to complete. We will keep our clients up to date with progress.

Delivery of work is normally via email. We will provide hard copies either by post, courier, fax or disk, if the client requests. Any additional charges for postage, courier costs and disks will be charged and itemised on the client's invoice.

EBS is not required to be registered for GST, therefore NO GST amount is charged.

All work undertaken by EBS is strictly confidential and WILL NOT be disclosed to anyone other than the client or a representative of the client.

A Confidentiality Agreement can be signed at the client's request. A Work for Hire Agreement will need to be signed before any work commences.
