What is a Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA)?

A VPA is a professional who is an expert in their field. They can perform the same tasks your personal assistant or administrative staff perform, the only difference is that a VPA works from their own office, with their own equipment. They can work at the client's premises as well. (If based in the same country/state of course).

What are the benefits of hiring a VPA?

  • You don't have to pay annual leave or sick leave entitlements
  • You don't have to pay superannuation or WorkCover
  • You don't have to keep training new staff when your permanent staff take annual leave or sick leave
  • You don't have to locate office space or buy expensive equipment as you would for a permanent staff.

Another added benefit of hiring a VPA is that because a VPA operates their own business, they will have the know how to assist in managing your business i.e. doing the "books", administration tasks and anything else they can do for you, to help your business grow and run smoothly.

How much will a VPA cost?

You only pay for the hour(s) it takes a VPA to complete the work you require. That's it!

For example, if it takes one hour, you only pay for one hour. If it takes five hours, you only pay for five hours.
(Additional costs for couriers, postage, stationery etc. will be charged to the client).

Do I need to be a business or company to hire a VPA?

No. Anyone can hire a VPA. You can be a small, medium or large business/company, a student, a labourer or a private citizen. Basically anyone that needs our services can hire a VPA.

Do I need to have access to a computer?

No. Work can be sent to us by post or courier. The completed work will be delivered the same way. Of course if you are interstate or overseas it would be much easier to have email access.

How can I pay for my invoice once received?

Invoices can be paid via Electronics Funds Transfer (EFT) (preferred option) or by cheque, cash or money order.

When will my work be completed?

Our turnaround time is usually between 24-48 hours. Of course times will vary on more complex jobs and we will keep the client informed on progress.
